SHIPPING POLICY

We understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. Therefore we use a large network of
courier services to deliver your products to you as early and safely as possible.

• Shipping is free for all our products across the country.

• The product will be shipped within 24 hours of processing your order.

• We use Express shipping to ship our products. Our customers can expect the product to be delivered at their doorsteps within the next 2 business days, except few locations/pin codes where express shipping is not applicable. Locations where express shipping is not applicable can expect the product to be delivered in 4-5 business days.

• For prepaid orders (Paid online), the whole order amount will be refunded if the order is lost or undelivered to your preferred location.

• Please be informed that COD shipments take a day or two extra to be delivered as compared to NON-COD (Paid online) shipments.

CASH ON DELIVERY POLICY

To avail C-O-D Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for C-O-D.

• Vegan Basics reserves the right to call/mail/text the customer to verify the order details in case of COD order.

• Pin code provided for C-O-D should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.

• You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery. In simple terms, open delivery is not allowed.
