Shipping, Exchange & Returns policy
We know how important it is for you to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time.Therefore we use a large network of courier services to deliver your products to you as early as possible.
- The product will be shipped within 48 hrs of processing of your order and reach to your destination within 3-5 business days within India depending upon your location.
- We provide free shipping for orders.
- The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
Exchange & Returns policy:
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order and mail us the order details at firstname.lastname@example.org
- We can exchange a product only in the case when it's damaged or there is a manufacturing fault or if the size does not fit.
- To be eligible for a exchange within 7 days, your item must be unused and be in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.If approved, then your exchange will be processed, and the product will be sent to you within a 7 working days.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Please send us your account details in which you would want the refund to be credited.
- Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance otherwise we wont be able to track your returned item..
