Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy
Shipping policy:
We know how important it is for you to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. Therefore we use a large network of courier services to deliver your products to you as early as possible.
- The product will be shipped within 48 hours of processing of your order and reach to your destination within 4-7 business days within India depending upon your location.
- We generally provide free shipping for orders except for few collections and remote regions as applicable
- The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
Exchange & Returns policy:
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order and mail us the order details at veganbasicsonweb1@gmail.com
- We can take a Return or exchange a product only in the case when it's damaged or there is a manufacturing fault or if the size does not fit.
- To be eligible for a Return or an exchange, we will allow an exchange within 3 days of your receiving the product, your item must be unused and be in the same condition that you received it.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, then your exchange will be processed, and the product will be sent to you within a 7 working days.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- We will arrange for a reverse pick up for your product in case of size exchange
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Please send us your account details in which you would want the refund to be credited.
- Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items will not be refunded
- Shipping costs in case of returns are non-refundable.
