RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY - During Clearance Sale

We understand that you may occasionally wish to return or exchange your purchases. Certain items may be excluded from the exchange and return policy during the sale period, such as clearance or final sale items. Please check the product listing or inquire with our customer service for more information.

EXCHANGE POLICY - No sale Period

We at Vegan Basics aim to deliver the best fit and utmost satisfaction to our customers through our quality products. We understand that you may occasionally wish to exchange your product, and our team is here to quickly assist you with the process.

  • Please go through the below Exchange policy and use the link at the end to raise an Exchange request.
  • Exchange policy for a product bought on sale will be as per the exchange terms and conditions explicitly laid down in that sale.
  • Customized product cannot be exchanged.
  • Products purchased during the sale period will only be allowed for the one time exchange and the customer need to send goods on their own expense. 
  • Exchange can be initiated within 5 days of delivery in accordance to our exchange policy. For example, if a product is delivered on 13th of the month (anytime),we should receive the exchange request by end of day 18th of that month (5 days include weekends/holidays).
  • Our customer care team will contact you for gathering any additional information once you have initiated an exchange.
  • Our logistic partner will do the reverse pickup from the given address within 2-3 days of confirmation of exchange request. Maximum attempts of pick-up will be two. In case, product is missed to be handed over even after two attempts, then customer can send the product to our office address.In such a case, sending this return shipment to us will be borne by customer takes 4-7 business days for us to receive the product once it has been picked up from your premises.
  • Once the product is received, Vegan Basics will do a thorough quality check of the product to ensure it is resalable before exchanging the product. Exchange are not processed for any products that are tampered with, in used condition, with damaged packaging or without tags etc.
  • If we receive a item that falls under any of these mentioned conditions, it will be returned to the customer.
  • On successful inspection, the exchanged product will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.
  • Shipping for an exchange request (pick up from customer address and sending the exchanged product) is free our customers.
  • The exchange can only be processed once and only of the same article for a different size, the differential amount, if any, shall be forfeited.
  • This will apply irrespective of any increase or decrease in the price of the product being exchanged. If the product has been delivered wrongly by us, we will exchange it even if it exceeds the “one exchange only” policy.
  • Once an exchange request has been initiated, it cannot be converted to a refund/ return request.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY - No sale Period

We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. Please go through the below Return & Refund policy and use the link at the end to raise a return request.

  • Anything that has been bought on discount/sale/ cannot be returned and refunded.
  • Customized product cannot be returned.
  • Return can be initiated within 5 days of delivery in accordance to our return policy. For example, if a product is delivered on 13th of the month (anytime),we should receive the return request by end of day 18th of that month (5 days include weekends/holidays).
  • Approval for Returns related to product specifications already mention on the website will be subjected to Vegan Basics discretion.
  • Our customer care team will contact you for gathering any additional information once you have initiated the return.
  • Our logistic partner will do the reverse pickup from the given address within 2-3 days of confirmation of return request. Please ensure that there is someone available at the pickup address to handover the return. Maximum attempts of pickup will be two. In case, product is missed to be handed over even after two attempts, then customer can send the product to our office address. In such a case, sending this return shipment to us will be borne by customer. It takes 4-7 business days for us to receive the product once it has been picked up from your premises.
  • Once the product is received, Vegan Basics will do a thorough quality check of the product to ensure it is resalable before issuing a credit. Returns are not processed for any products that are tampered with, in used condition, with damaged packaging or without tags etc. If we receive a returned item that falls under any of these mentioned conditions, it will be returned to the customer.
  • On successful quality review of the product, the refund will be processed within 3 business days.
  • Refund shall be made at the same issuing bank through which the Product was purchased. For cash on delivery transactions, the User has the option to receive the refund in any bank account via NEFT (for which the User shall have to share the bank details).
  • Rs150 are deducted from the Final amount on account of shipping, handling and reverse charges.
