CUSTOM PRODUCT POLICY

At Vegan Basics, we believe in customer first policy and hence we try our best to deliver what the customer demand from us. We can customize the shoe design/size as per the requirement shared by the customer. Below policy will be applicable for customized products.

• Customized orders are prepaid orders (Paid online). 100% advance needs to paid while placing the order.

• Shipping will be free for customized products.

• No Exchange as customized product is not resalable.

• No Return as customized product is not resalable.

• For size customization of any product already present in the existing collection, please select the product and while selecting size, choose "CUSTOM" and proceed with next steps. Click here to see demo (Add video here showcasing path to place size customization order).
